Connecting what development needs
The Alliance for Capacity Building, Trade, Technology Transfer & Sustainable Development (ACTTS) is a non-profit association (Verein) registered in Austria in 2025.
ACTTS provides a collaborative platform for the development, testing and practical application of DISI and DIIaaS and serves as the Strategic Implementation Partner of Crux of Africa Limited – Innovation Laboratory (Crux.InLab), Nigeria.
ACTTS grew from more than a decade of conceptual and practical exploration by Crux of Africa Limited, Nigeria, into how development challenges and opportunities could be better understood, connected and addressed. As an independent Austrian non-profit platform for collaboration and implementation, ACTTS brings together governments, development organisations, academia, investors, businesses, experts, technology providers, communities and other stakeholders.
Vision
A more prosperous, equitable and sustainable world in which people, communities and institutions are better connected, development opportunities are more readily recognised and realised, and necessary development is pursued intelligently, inclusively and sustainably.
Mission
To connect people, institutions, knowledge, capabilities, technology, opportunities and resources; strengthen Development Intelligence and Development Readiness; and enable more intelligent, inclusive and sustainable development.
